In the event of theft

In the event of theft, you must immediately report the theft of the car to the competent authorities.

Once the theft report has been made, contact TravelCar Customer Service by phone and let us know the case number so that we can initiate the process with the insurance and follow up with the authorities.

In the meantime, we invite you to contact our team so they can help you accordingly and work on getting a vehicle at your disposal.
