Rest easy. Your vehicle is fully covered by our insurance during the duration of your reservation and our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.
If you find damages on your vehicle when you pick it up, please notify the TravelCar customer service team as soon as possible. If there is new damage on the vehicle that was not originally present during the drop off inspection, the repair costs will be charged to the renter and handled by our insurance. Our customer service team will open a claim with our insurance and help you every step of the way including selecting a qualified and approved body shop near you to handle the work. Once the estimate from the body shop is approved and the repairs are completed, you can pick up your car. If the repairs take more than 24 hours, we will even provide you with a rental vehicle.
